All Sales Are Final

All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Unopened Products

If you receive an unopened product that's damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or store credit, whichever is applicable.

Store Credit

In the event of a replacement or store credit, the original purchase price will be credited to your account. Store credits can be used towards future purchases.

Conditions for Replacements

To qualify for a replacement, the product must:
Be in its original, unopened packaging
Be damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping errors
Be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
